PROGRAM

The kindergarten in didactic and educational work implements in an innovative way the core curriculum for pre-school education defined by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education. We create original scenarios of classes in the area of mathematics and natural scienc

es. In the kindergarten there is a 5-day working week from 7.00 am to 5.30 pm, excluding public holidays and public holidays.

TIMETABLE:

  • 7.00-8.30 arrival of children to the kindergarten, free games, organizational and order activities
  • 8.30-8.40 preparing for breakfast – cleaning and hygiene procedures
  • 8.40-9.00 breakfast
  • 9.30-10.00 educational and movement classes
  • 10.00 – 10.10 – preparation for a meal
  • 10.10-10.30 second breakfast
  • 10.30-10.50 – classes based on the core curriculum – 5 and 6-year-old children, free and organized games – other children
  • 10.50-11.45 am stay in the open air – walks, trips – nature observations, free and organized games in the garden, sports games and exercises shaping the child's posture, games undertaken at the initiative of children
  • 11.45-12.00 lunch preparation – hygienic procedures
  • 12.00-12.30 lunch
  • 12.30-13.00 time for relaxation and rest
  • 13.00- 14.40 educational activities
  • 14.40-14.50 – preparation for afternoon tea
  • 14.50-1515 afternoon tea
  • 15.15-16.00 games and movement games, discussing the events of the day with the children
  • 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. farewell to the day in kindergarten – free games in the room or in the open air, cleaning activities, separation of children

ENVIRONMENT

The kindergarten is located in a quiet district of Łódź, away from the main city arteries. Our advantage is a convenient location, which is well connected with the city center. In the kindergarten there are playgrounds adapted to the needs of our pupils. They are equipped with many garden devices and toys:

  • swings,
  • slides,
  • sandboxes,
  • cottages,
  • carousel,
  • "mud kitchen", which is the most popular among children

The model of education we propose assumes that:

  1. The knowledge acquired by the preschooler is made in the course of the child's own cognitive activity based on the experience they already have.
  2. A child's internal motivation is a much stronger stimulus to learning than external factors.
  3. We believe that a prerequisite for the implementation of the values recognized by us is to respect the personal worth of the child to the greatest possible extent, which does not endanger the health and freedom
  4. Each of us, children in particular, functions in three aspects: body, mind and emotions. The harmonious development of each of these aspects contributes to the feeling of cohesion and satisfaction in life.
  5. The child is equal to the adult. The only difference between a child and an adult is that the child experiences less. Responsibility for the relationship with the child rests with the adult.
  6. Everyone has creative potential, and the kindergarten creates a climate for developing this potential

  1. kindergarten – ball sports activities,

  4. speech therapist.

The pillars in our facility are mathematics and natural sciences and artistic activity.

  1. We know that the starting point in the process of cognition of the surrounding reality is sensory cognition, experience takes precedence over concepts.
  2. The basic method of work is the experience and the method of the project that embraces the given issue in a holistic way.
  3. Children work in small groups,
  4. We do not judge because judging leads to competition and not cooperation. Therefore, we have no penalties or rewards.
  5. Art education is the fullest way to permanently build and nurture your own uniqueness, and we implement it in accordance with the following principles:
  6. * the creation process itself is important, not its product.
    * the child does not have to worry about their skills, e.g. when drawing themselves, they should choose what color or shape they will use, they should know that what they do makes sense and that they are not judged for it,
    * the child should be able to create spontaneously, must be convinced that the variability of his ideas is accepted,
    * the child should be sure that he knows the most about what he creates, that no one knows his thoughts.

EDUCATION

CADRE

Promyczka's staff consists of people who, apart from their pedagogical qualifications, base their relationship with children on openness and trust. This allows us adults to systematically analyze our work. Thanks to this, we develop our individual skills. The obvious consequence of this is the development of the entire facility.

We respect the child's autonomy, which excludes the use of any concept of upbringing, which means for us that we do not educate children according to some chosen ideal. According to Carl Rogers, the authenticity of people working with children is a basic requirement for the staff at our facility. Teachers and teachers work on their own development, thanks to which their relationships with children are based on openness, closeness and trust.
